best matrix for futurama dvds & low bitrate (~1400) with hc encoder?

what would be the best matrix in hc encoder for encoding the original futurama seasons with a rather low bitrate of ~1400? maybe there is a better matrix available for that purpose that i can use in hc encoder? for now i am using the JAWOR1CD matrix that comes with hc, but i think the result could be improved. or should i put a artifact blocker/filter in the avisynth script for improving image quality?

well, its not a question of what is the best to do but an advice request. if there is a matrix that is good for cartoon encoding & low bitrates then i don't see why i shouldn't ask about it.

you probably can, its just the wording thats onbjected to, "best" is so subjective and will cause fights :D

but i dont think there is anything wrong with just asking for peoples opinion on good ones :)
