@JDOBBS
RB 1 RC5.1 Pro
Settings:
-No recompression
-Movie only
-One click
-Suppress Warrnings
I have disk made in older version of RB (0.9x). Trying to rebuild it in RC5.1
after Phase I \D2VAVS folder has only one .avs and one .m2v file ???
the responce time to Abort took 2min (I pressed Abort twice)
I did the same task in .92 Pro and it worked...
Here is the log from RC 5.1:

Not sure I understand your problem... what disc? what are the circumstances? what is the error causing it to abort?
This line is odd:
- HIGH/LOW/TYPICAL Bitrates: 8,808/8,808/2,147 Kbs
as is this one:
- Reduction Level for DVD-5: 1950.9%

But I'm not using files from 0.9x. I'm using disk made by earlier version of rebuilder without recompression. (This supposes should correct navpack). Also take a look at the Reduction Level for DVD-5: 1950.9%

The is a lot of weirdness here that looks like there has been some manipulation on the original. For example -- I don't remember ever seeing a PGC that started with a VOBID of 28 and a CELLID of 28.... Maybe you could post the REBUILDER.INF file?

This line
- Reduction Level for DVD-5: 1950.9%
looks like you are taking a very small section and trying to make a disc out of it. Since you are doing "No Compression" it really doesn't have any effect.
It looks like in this title (whatever it is) the largest PGC is still not very big. Is this a series disc of some kind?

I cancel it becase I did it for the second time just to make sure. I'm getting only one .m2v file ~220mb. (V01000000028028.m2v) ???
At the final phase it will complaint about wrong file count or something. I can rerun it to get the msg. Let me know.

You are right this is the biggest .m2v file. So there is no way to redo the disk selecting 'movie only' mode?

It isn't necessarily the biggest cell that matters, it is the biggest PGC. What this INF tells me is that the entire VTS is only a gigabyte -- and the biggest PGC is made up of only one cell -- and that cell is only 22,180 frames. That's just a little over 15 minutes. There's no reason I can think of why you couldn't do movie-only so something must be wrong, but there also doesn't seem to be a movie to do...
Just wondering... why would you ever do a "movie-only" encode of a "movie-only" encode... it's already movie-only?

There were some ads and extras. (VTS_02. Less than a 1 meg) I thought i can do 2 things at ones correct sectors and get rid of unwonted material.
The reason for all this - I'm still experiencing stuttering problem on my Sony set-top box. My latest finding was Trading places, R1, 0h:59m. Done with 1RC5. There are 2 more location in the movie where it completely freezes for a sec then continue normally
