I recently downloaded the Helium 1612 alpha build of DivX, and I realized there was a way to raise the "performance" parameter to 9999 (vs. 8610 with "Insane").
However, I noticed not one bit of difference between the output files. Is this normal?
Or has the 8610 mode used up all of the optimizations and therefore made no further improvement possible?
