Old Guide for CCE 2.67

Does anybody have a copy of the old CCE 2.67 guide? If you do, can you attach it for me.

I have it, obviously (I don't throw away the old stuff, just archive it). But why do you need it? As far as I can see, Cinemacraft offers free upgrades from any 2.66 version and above to the latest one. The changes are not that extensive though, mostly they moved around the options quite a bit but as far as I can recall, all the options that were present in 2.67 are still there in 2.70, plus 2.70 got a handful of new ones.

Some things changed, but the handling is the same. I as a coder for CCE Addons support the most popular series of the program (2.5, 2.6 and 2.7). Most of the settings are the same. With every new version some new features are added. What do You want exactly to know?
