Deinterlacing this source

Im having trouble Deintelacing this PAL http://www.savefile.com/files.php?fid=7122872 source,I've try'ed telecide fielddeinterlace but there seems to be combing,I can't see any progressive parts or maybe it's me,What do you guys think.

I don't see any combing with this script:

FieldDeinterlace(blend=false)

This also works well:

LeakKernelDeint(order=1)
