This DVD image file is build by Ifoedit096, all file time on it is '1999-1-1 8:00:00', how can I modify the file time of the folder named 'VIDEO_TS'. Thx!

PropertiesPlus is something I've found invaluable. Right click to change folder or file atributes including all 3 dates/times

Thank you!
But I think PropertiesPlus can't modify the time of the file on DVDROM.

Sorry, maybe I misunderstood the question...
If you want to change info on a burned disc itself, only way I'm aware of is if it's a multisession disc -- don't know that that's possible on video DVD.
If you have a mounted image on a virtual drive, you can give it a try changing files -- *IF* I remember correctly this is something I could do with older Magix software including virtual drive, but no longer have it installed or I'd give it a try to make sure.
Easiest way I'm aware of is just after vobs are created, before burning or creating image with something like image tool burn. If your files are already burned to disc, copy them to hard drive, change whatever you like, and burn again.
