Very strange bug in CCE SP 2.70.02.00

Strange thing...

Two times encoded video with same parameter but just different names give different video (and .vaf) files.

I used some video file and do 1st pass of VBR (same thing with VBR 1 or more passes).
Then I just renamed vaf and mvp files in "encoder settings" window and do encoding again to make same video (but different name) again.

Now when I compared two vaf and video files I founded that vaf files are different by content, and mvp files by size and content.

Strange thing is that when I maked 2, 3, 4, 5... set of vaf-mvp files, they are all identical, and only first set of files differs from others.

When I create three set of files in a row, close CCE application, open CCE again and make three set more result is:
files 1 and 4 (first job from each session) are identical
files 2, 3, 5 and 6 (second and third from each session) are identical.

Anyone have idea what is going on?
Is this just my case or (un)known bug?

thats odd... i havent had a chance to try that but it would be an interesting test.
do you have any numbers?

If anyone tried this test with CCE 2.70.xx please post result and CCE version.

Hint:
If you have Total Commander and want to make quick test,
just start CCE, open any AVI, trim video to few secs and make two consecutive "1st pass of VBR" (just rename first vaf file before you make second)
In TC select both vaf files and select Files-> Compare By Content...
If TC open two panel window that means two vafs are different and red color marks different bytes.
Otherwise TC will say "The two files are identical!"

If you don't have TC then just look at size (in bytes on properties page in win explorer) of two video (mvp, m2v...) files.
Are they same size ?

PS if you using CCE version prior to 2.70.xx and experience same problem feel free to post here.
