Need Help with Making Files For QT Pro

I need help with the settings in GK to make files that QT Pro understands. I have been making avi. files and using Nokia's converter to put files on my Motorola V710 phone and it works great, but auto GK only makes 176x122 and my phone is 176x144. I know we are talking about a 1/16 of an inch but with a screen this small every inch counts. Plus video is more stable when I run it through QT Pro making a file .3gpp2 which is the phones format

Hey, check out http://www.howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=515707 it's a MUCH better encoder, I used quicktime for a bit but it really sucks in comparison.

I paid for QT Pro already, and it makes the most stable file for the phone. It seems that I would have to pay to unlock all the features in the program you suggest. I could not get a file to work on my phone with sound, the audio section is not highlighted
