I started a replacement page, but I thought I'd ask for feedback before I finished. As far as i know, SelectEvery(4,1,2) is needed here. Or:
AssumeTFF().SelectEvery(4, 0, 3)

You should not concentrate on all thinkable conversions, but more on the common ones.

i.E. : I think, it is rather silly to try to convert 29.97p to 23.976p or 25p (or vice versa) because it never will look good!
