Hi, I have a Pocket PC (hx4700). I'm doing some tests with the core pocket media player and I have found a good video configuration, but for audio I have some doubts. I can't use MP3 because to have a good quality I must set 192 kbps (ABR is not an option since if I want to use it, I would go with a more advanced codec). So I tried OGG encoded with HeadAC3he, ABR 32 96 256, and I tought it sounded good, till I watched Kill Bill 1. At the beginning, when The Bride breaths, I can clearly see distorsions caused by compression. How could this be, since I set the max bitrate at 256 kbps? Now I'm searching for an audio codec that can deliver good quality at a bitrate between 80 and 100 kbps. Right now I'm trying AAC HE, but I read in another topic that for 2ch audio below 100 kbps OGG is better... I'm a bit confused, can someone help me?
