is there a software to encoder video file to Mpeg2 ts 1920*1080?
i dont know anything about hdtv transport,but i want to know that~

The new MainConcept encoder can encode HD1 (720p) and HD2 (1080i) MPEG-2 transport streams.

Edit: I think that its the Pro HD version that does HD encodings. It's expensive, so you might want to email MainConcept and ask before you buy it.

I also believe the new Sony Vegas Movie Studio + DVD Platinum Edition has this capability.

You can also encode with MP@HL in TMPGenc, then convert the HD mpeg into Transport Stream with ProjectX
