What is ILVU?

Since I´m new to this I´d like to now What ILVU is and is that something I need to take in consideration when using RB?

PS. I have googled for it and found full word for it - Interleaved Vob Units right?, but don´t understand it. DS.

anyways.. its just a way to get multiple versions of a movie (for example directors cut and the theatrical) on the the same disk while not having to have the movie physically on the disk twice.
