I tried doing this once and the dvd only worked once, and the next time I tried to play it on my computer it didn't work. I decypted it with dvd decrypter, then I edited with dvdremake, and then I shrunk it with dvdshink and left 200 or so MB with for the other stuff on the dvd. Finally I copied the files to the hard drive and copied everything else that was on the dvd and burnt a data dvd with nero. I got a warning about adding dvd files to a data disc I pushed Ok and it burnt successfully. Did I do Something wrong, or is it not possible to do this with nero, do I need to use some other software.

Has anyone ever done this before and gotten the dvd to play more than once. If so how.

You should burn a DVD-Video with Nero. You can add DVD-ROM material to it the normal way.
You may also burn it with PgcEdit. Just copy the DVD-ROM files in the root folder of the DVD, and launch the burn function.
