Which version of AviSynth do you guys think is the best or you prefer the most?

I prefer 2.5.5. It is the latest stable version.

@Ice_Cube: I generally find using the latest stable release works well. In my case I've rarely found a need to use older releases.

I just read that some version could not work well with certain filters
and I wanted to know which ones DID work
