MP4 Question

if i encode video and subtitles in nero recode 2 (avc), i will get an mp4 file with no audio! now, if i mux an aac audio stream in it via yamb/mp4box, will all the 3 streams (audio/video/subtitles) be playable in nero showtime 2 and other players? or will the subtitle stream become non-playable?
