Can somebody tell me the best way to resize a Xvid file?
I need this to fit several files on a data-dvd.
Thanks

Open the Video File in VirtualDub (or MOD) now go to Video -> Filters. Now open the Resize filter and resize to whatever you want. Just process the video however you want and you should be sorted....

I'll have to explain it otherwise.
I meant resizing the file and not the resolution.
So that a 280Mb file becomes a 200Mb file.

2 mode

1) trim
2) reencode

the fastest way is trimming the end/start of movie
if isn't possible you must reencode

for reencode i suggest latest beta of autogk or avirecomp (http://www.64k.it/andres/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=getit&lid=261)

I'm already resizing it with autogk.
Didn't know I could resize even avi files with it.
Nice program
