Most of the anime/cartoons I've dealt with have thick black lines. I normally use aWarpSharp(depth=16,cm=1) on them and love its line thinning effect. There is, however, a big flaw in it: those settings (the defaults with cm changed to 1 instead of 2) cause problems in horizontal lines, especially on things like windows. I didn't notice them at first until ChonoCross pointed it out for me and it's quite annoying. Has anyone noticed that? If so, is it an inherent flaw of the aWarpSharping process or could it be solved by updating the filter? Does anyone know if MarcFD ever released the source code for it?

there are several versions of awarpsharp floating around including the one I use by pruned. I'd have to do some additional testing but when using awarpsharp it only has the wierd horizontal line problem on certain scenes so I don't think it's inherint to the filter. Additionally I've seen the same thing happen to vertical lines. What causes it? I can't be sure.

By the way, I am trying to use mfToon v0.5.2 and I get a "there's no function named YV12Layer", how can I solve that?

Are there any good alternatives to aWarpSharp? FastLineDarken doesn't count since it doesn't thins lines as much, and even low settings cause aliasing.
