MPEG4 in MPEG2-TS?

Could someone please explain that how would I take a video I've encoded to MP4 in Quicktime Player, and make a MPEG2 transport stream out of them?

In addition, I tried to use VLC to generate MPEG4 video & MP3 audio with MPEG TS format, I observed that the visual object sequence (VOS) doesn't contain in this MPEG4 video ES. Anyone know add the VOS into ES?
