Single frame timecode in VFR

I would like to know the timecode of some single frame in VFR.
"When does the frame n° 7811 shows up ?"
Are there some other (and more accurate?) tools than the windows calculator (compute using the timecode file) to know that ?

List the frames with mkvinfo -v and put the timecodes into some spreadsheet. I don't think there are any dedicated apps for that.

play it in media player classic, ctrl-g to the frame, and see the time.
i couldn't say it's always correct, but just a suggestion. you can try it.

Oh, use timecode v2, and you can find the accurate time of a frame easily.
