Hi everybody,
I'm creating a DVD for a friend, he gave me some clips in Quicktime format (they've been exported from an Avid Meridian I think). Those clips play at 30 fps, so I need to convert them to 29.970. I've gone from Quicktime to Huffyuv and then to MPEG2 via CCE, setting it to convert the frame rate to 29.970. The clips play fine, but I guess I'll need to stretch the audio a little bit so it doesn't go out of synch. Is there some automated process to achieve that stretching? I've tried BeSweet but it doesn't have a 30->29.970 preset. I guess I could do the maths and process it in Cooledit or something like that, but if there's a solution already available it would be nice to know it!
Thanks in advance!
