Hey! :P

I have searched all over and cant find an answer to my small problem. Is there any way to change the order of the subs in a IDX/SUB set I have. They are both Eng (stream 0 and 1) but id like the 1 to be 0 and 0 to be 1. I tryed changeing ........

# English
id: en, index: 0

to

# English
id: en, index: 1

and the other to 0 but then i get no subs at all :P

I'm not sure, but looking at the file structure, I think you need to swap the subtitle data rows too, as in all the rows that follow:

# English
id: en, index: 0
# Decomment next line to activate alternative name in DirectVobSub / Windows Media Player 6.x
# alt: English
# Vob/Cell ID: 2, 1 (PTS: 0)
timestamp: 00:00:13:580, filepos: 000000000
timestamp: 00:00:16:683, filepos: 000001000

yea i tryed that (cutting the entire bottom eng stream and putting it above the first and changing it from 1 to 0) and i get no subs at all :(

EDIT: I can rip them again if there is a way to change the defualt order when ripping them. Up until now i have been using VSRip to rip subs and as i normally only need 1 stream its pretty easy.. this is an anime rip and it needs two sub streams. One full Eng for the Jap audio and the other Eng for the Eng audio for signs, jap text and misc stuff. I put the eng audio first but its showing the full jap subs first by default :(

there is a tool called "VobSub ID Adjust" which can do that job
