I have 3 sample I want to merge, one of them is 23.976 and the others are 29.97 fps.

How could I join 2 mp4 H264 with differents framerate ?

I first read what I could find about joining mp4 files on this forum, and there weren't such a simple answer.
I guess mp4box has evolved since those other posts.

Is it actually possible to append one stream to another stream of a different framerate to form a single stream in MP4?

Yes it is; the concept is known as Variable Frame Rate (VFR), which is supported by mp4 and mkv. Obviously, the other parameters of the stream must be the same, but raw h264 streams have no framerate specified, which is why you specify the fps when muxing.
