Burning failing but the blank DVD has not even started burning

When I burn my DVD using Nero burning ROM, I encounter this problem (here is an excerpt of the log file)

I don't know what the error means but the DVD remains unused and can still be used.

I've encountered this problem before but after some time, it started burning again. But now, my burner is 'sick' again with this illness.
