Hello, this is my first post :)
I have a LG GSA-4163B whose eject button doesn't work if there's a disc inside unless the disc is blank. I know it's a software problem because it works properly when I boot from my old Windows 98 installation from a separate HDD. But with my actual WinXP SP2 installation I have to right click the drive and select "eject" when I need to remove a disc.
I have this drive since many months ago and the problem started a few weeks ago. I didn't give it importance at first, and now I can't remember what software changes I did at that time.
I've tried uninstalling my CD tools like Nero, CloneCD, CDRWin, Daemon Tools, etc... but it didn't fix it.
Does anybody have an idea of what could be causing this problem?
