How to mux WMV9 into TS or MPG?

Supposedly it is possible to mux WMV9/VC-1 into an MPEG-2 Transport or Program Stream. Does anybody know of any available tools that can do this? I would like to experiment with WMV9 video and Dolbly Digital (AC-3) audio in the same container.

maybe you can do it with ffmpeg... but if all you want is WMV9+ac3 in one container you can also do that with matroska using gabests muxer in graphedit.
