2.67.00.23 Same error as 2.70

Recently Jdobbs made a workaround for the infamous 2.70 CCE error. I was encoding Trailer Park Boys Season 3 Disc 2. I kept everything and set the amount of passes to 6. During encoding of one of the segments the encoder just pooped out on a pass. I wish I kept a screen shot but I was in hurry so I just turned it off and restarted the same encode with HC. So this error isn't just a 2.70 error it happens with other versions. Maybe it is a problem with rebuilder.

unless it is a problem with what rebuilder is feeding cce, it cant be a rebuilder problem. If cce fails encoding thats , generally, cce's fault. Especially if the encode is successful with HC, it demonstrates the likely problem is cce.
