View Full Version : Normalizing audio on avi files

I need to take a large number of avi files (about 200) and set the audio levels on them all so they are the same volume.
The most fool-proof method I know of is to demux the audio from each one using virtualdubmod, run the audio through something to normalize it, then mux it back into the video file. This would be really tedious though!

Does anyone know of a quicker/easier method?

All my files are have losslessly compressed video and uncompressed audio.
