Well ... I Was Using X264 Rev 2.53 Then I Switched To Rev 2.69 ! Ok .. Since There Are New Settings In This Rev .. I Feel Confused ! Can Anyone Explain Me The New Settings Compared To Rev 2.53 ! Thank U In Previous !

The revisions numbers are integer and not floadpoint. so you mean Rev. 253 and 269.
The explanation can be foud in the changlogs(e.g on ther ML archive).
