BoV issues - RB interceptes some BoV buttons!

I've tried to backup the music dvd "Westlife: Unbreakable - the greatest hits vol.1" with the following vts structure:
vts01: commentary by the band members with BoV jumping to div. "making of ...", interviews and live videos located in vts03/vts04, interlaced.
vts02: main, all released videos of westlife, 15 of them are progressive, the rest (6) are interlaced.
vts03 and vts04: see description in vts01

Now the issues:
1) if you set vts01 to "half D1" the BoV buttons will appear, but not clickable - I think the rescale of coordinations in case of "half D1" was not implemented jet...
2) I had to give up the "half D1" on the vts with BoV, so set it to normal D1, encode and rebuild, but strage things happened...
in the original dvd, vts01 vobid15 has 24 chapters, the chapters with BoV are:
02,03,04,05,06,07,08,09,10,11,12,14,15,16,17,18,19,21,22,23,24 - but after rebuild, only in chapter
02,03,04,05,06,07,08,10,11,12,14,15,16,17,18,19,22 are working - in 09,21,23,24 the buttons are missing,
i.e. the button would not be displayed, I think the buttons are save in subpictures/subtitles, how could this happen?

My question is how to add the missing BoV buttons by hand to correct the issue, so that I can finally complete my backup and clean my hdd space for 20 GB!

This DVD has 76 segments, I've edited EVERY of the 76 .avs file fro diff. crop and filter settings(for diff. prograssive/interlaced/half-D1/full-D1), and also the rebuilder.ecl/.ini file, this took many many hours. So if someone know how to add those button, please post here, I want to complete this project finally.

Sorry what do you exacly mean by BoV ??? By the way, you should try Mass File Editor http://www.massfileeditor.com/ when you have to edit so many files ! :)

But it is supperfluous to assume that you can help if you dont even know it. Pitty!
I had to edit it file by file because the facts:
1) interlaced segments require a different filter settings than prograssive seg.
2) the Videos have diff. black bars(or no) so I can set diff. crop/addborders to maximise the compression and also speed up the encoding(by using the filters btw. them)
3) for seg. with interview and "macking of" I used half-d1, the live performence with full-d1

I've used the tool called "search and replace v3.4" with has "batch mode" and "multi-line search and replace" to accelerate the editing, but still very time-consuming.

I didn't know this acronym....BoV...anyway, you're right I can't help you, I know few things about MPEG2...but close from nothing about the DVD structure it self....

Yesterday I've demuxed the vts01 with Vobedit v0.6 by cell id and element streams, compare die build with the original dvd, the audio and subpicture streams are identical binary. every thing except video stream and nav pack are identical!
This meens the subpictures(=buttons) are there, but just not displayed...
How can we correct this issue? (only BoV buttons on chapter 09,21,23,24 are missing, the rest worked just fine)
