I'm backing up a season disk using NuMenu4u, VobBlanker, and PGCEdit with RB Pro 9.3.2. I know RB and VobBlanker work great together, but NuMenu4u and PGCEdit are new to my process.

I'm using NuMenu4u in RB mode, then I use VobBlanker to take out some of the junk, then I use PGCEdit to hide menu buttons. RB processes and encodes fine, but during rebuild I get a buffer overflow, #0003. NuMenu4u is using CCE 2.67 and Scenarist and RB is using HC.

NuMenu4u says something about "Get Sectors must be done" when seleting the RB option...what does that mean?

Do you think it is NuMenu4u that is hosing up the project or is it PGCEdit? Thanks for the help!

The get sectors is for when the folder created by NuMenu is being burnt directly to disc. You are not doing this, so this is not the problem. I presume that with pgcedit you are removing menu and not BOV (IE. in menus in the titles like games etc), in which case RB will just copy over the menu files. Try running the entire process without using NuMenu or pgcedit and post the result.

I processed the menus with NuMenu like normal, used VOBBlanker to process only 1 small titleset, then used PGCEdit to blank some buttons. Instead of using HC with RB, I used CCE 2.67. There were no errors and the menus and episode came out perfect. So, I don't think the problem is with NuMenu or PGCEdit. I'm going to do the full DVD. Its strange that HC could have a problem...it has never broken anything before.

Spoke too soon...I did the full DVD and it broke again. Doing DVD without NuMenu or PGCEdit to test...

It was a VOBBlanker issue. Turning on Special Error Processing let RB finish the job without error. Plays fine, too.
