not gone too
Moment of silence for...
a moment of truth...
so one can live for the moment
moment of silence = silent prayer time, contemplation, reflection, or meditation
moment of truth = a time when a person or thing is tested, a decision has to be made, or a crisis has to be faced
live for the moment = live or act without worrying about the future
this is showing now..

He's deciding what to do, given the legal situation.

I have sent many newbies to his site to self educate themselves. It would be a terrible shame if he felt pressured to kill his website.
Maybe if he dropped the links to the applications in question but kept up his guides it would be considered free speech.
Regards and best of luck to mrbass!:)

Excuse me, haven't been to his site for a while. What is it there that might get him in trouble?

Anything that breaks CSS (DVD Decrypter, or any ripper, DVD43, DVD Shrink) or breaks any copy protection is illegal to distribute under the DMCA.

Thanks for the clarification. Indeed I echo feedback's words - his guides were very instructive.
I hope he decides to bring the site back. I trust he hasn't been issued a cease and desist as well. That would be a shame, and I spose, would extend to us here.

yeah that phpbb worm. If I ever start a forum in the future it won't be phpbb but vbulletin. No motivation to start one anytime soon though.

Good to see it's back mrbass. I unintentionally found myself there twice two weeks ago when checking out MEPIS and UBCD resources.
