I recently formatted my pc, and I found an horrible thing: when I play a DVD with PowerDVD, some color bands do appear at the right of the screen , and when the video changes, they also change (e.g. in a static menu, when I move the cursor, these bands change position and color). They're about 3-4 pixel large, but it's quite ugly to watch movies in that way. A color band also appears on ati TV viewer (for my AIW 9800). I also noticed that the tv quality is reduced compared to before. Anyone knows a solution? It's a big problem for me.
