Hello guys and gals ;)

I am new here ;)

I use Gordian Knot to encode my videos using Xvid codec. I usually add watermarks to AVI files, using VirtualDub Logo Filter. I use a Bitmap image for my logo, created in Photoshop.

But i have never done all in 1 step, i mean encoding and in the same step adding a watermark. I usually rip and encode (GK and VDub), then i open again the AVI file with virtual Dub and add the watermark. But the whole process is very looong. It would be great if i can do all in 1 step.

Is there any way to configure Virtual Dub or Gordian Knot, so that when i press Start Encoding in Gordian Knot, it opens Virtual Dub with my Watermark filter configured in it?

The other thing i have tried is to do the frameserving configuration with GK, then open the AviSynth File in Virtual Dub, add the watermark and Save as AVI. The only problem is that i get a 500 MB file size, wich is a lot bigger than the 120-150 file size i get when i press "start encoding" in GK. and the quality is the same.

I hope you can understand me ;) and sorry if i made any grammar mistakes, i am still learning English ;)

Greetings from Buenos Aires.

Ok, i finally found the way to add a watermark and don't lose quality.

It was a little frustrated at first, but it is really worth it in the end.

I used VirtualDubMod instead of VirtualDub. ;)
