Hey guys, I have posted here before about*this but I would like to ask something a little different.
Every now and then the .ts file I have recorded has some glitches in it and will cause the audio to lose sync with the video. This happens when I encode the video with AutoGK. The .ts will always play fine with WMP or whatever.
This is my process that I have found to be the BEST at ensuring sync.
1. Re save the .ts as a new .ts in ProjectX (this method has saved me tons of times since ProjectX detects most of these errors and attempts to regain sync.
2. Cut and save new .ts with mpeg-vcr.
8/10 times this process will result in a perfect .avi when encoded with AutoGK. But yet, there are still those 2 times when the glitch was bad enough ProjectX couldn't save it.
Is there anything I can do to make this more reliable cause' when it does fuck up, the only way I have figured to get it better is cut out the bad part of the .ts and re-encode and that takes for bloody ever.
Thanks guys!
