White dots in MPC using WMR7/9

I have white dots using WMR7/9, but not in overlay mode. Anyone got that problem?

Found the problem (Thanks Karl!)

My ATI Radeon 9800 AiW Pro 128MB was overclocked by 20MHz (core). Using ATITool, I reset it to defaults (378Mhz) and now it works #1.

Why the h*ck did it overclocked? I did clean format. Never did any OC on it. :o
