Has the HP Level Mencoder Been Released ?

Have a look to the sticky, there are two links toward recent compiles of MEncoder ( from yesterday ), they might contain high profile ( nota : it's a profile, not a level ).

But you can also try x264 with the x264 commandline tool ( there again, the sticky ), or by compiling yourself mencoder cvs.

Celtic Druid has Mplayer builds from today, which have HP enabled, get it from usual sites, but i'm not sure if those builds have the cabac typo, or not.
