Strange Scenarist Error on Final Compile.

I just got a strange error in scenarist..

Error Subpicture[1] (1:VTS1_V1_20_306.sp) and (2:VTS1_V1_20_1.sp) offset are overlapped (00:00:00;00-00:00:02;11) and (00:00:00;00-00:00:00;01)
Error dvd_mux : Open Mux_list File Error
Error Terminated Multiplexing (Alien.scn-VTS01_1_Track_t.vob).
Error Wrong mux_list. Mux_list format or stream ID may be wrong.
Error Multiplex is failed.
Info Multiplexing failed, Track<VTS01_1_Track>

Error MuxFromDB:MuxVTS failed
Error Multiplex failed
Error DVD files could not be created

I did a search and in one post it said to delete one of the subs,but the thing is the two subs one is where it says VTS1_V1_20_306 but the second VTS1_V1_20_1 is not in the first vts as said its in the second one.
Also the bmp that VTS1_V1_20_306 uses, i checked it, its a sub that says (wayland)run! now i know this is in the film some where but VTS1_V1_20_306 is right at the beginning on the 20th century fox logo. Does this mean this sub is in the wrong place and its not at the correct part of the film.

Any ideas??

The discs is AVP (pal), script created with scenaid v1.6.0.0

can you check your .sst file for overlap?

the Scenaid.log should report any overlap found as well.. in fact, i'm not sure how your are having overlap seeing how I check if the next subtitle is before the previous

Ok, ive sent them files..

Although i cant find VTS1_V1_20_1 in scenarsit only VTS1_V2_20_1
