I have to make some VCDs from DV encoded QT movies for someone going to China, where apparently it's the most popular set-top-box playback format.
(Still have to find out if we need PAL or NTSC).
I made a test VCD using Roxio's Toast 6 Titanium, but the MPEG1 encoding is not very good (lots of artifacts), and the chapter navigation does not seem to work.
Does anyone have a better solution?
I have Cleaner, FCP HD, FCE, Compressor, DVD Studio Pro, but no full-featured solution.
