MP4 audio/sub track names?

I think I saw here on some thread that someone had somehow marked different audio/sub track names? But I seem to be unable to find it now. How is it possible to do that?

For example I would like my audio tracks to be names surround, stereo and commentary in here:

Use Dumpster to edit your mp4 file...

To change the track language :

and for trackName, go to hdlr atom :

http://kurtnoise.free.fr/dumspter4.gif

You must enter what you want in hexa code.
