Create Firefox local directory bookmark?

so how to do it without having it expand the whole directory contents? i want just one link which when clicked opens "Index of file://..." (directory index)

well how do i explain...

i dont want it to show contents ... what if you had there in your link for example 1000 files ... do you know what will happen then? :)

i just want one link in bookmark to show up
Like this:
bookmarks
--> my docs
--> my music

when i try it ffox does this
bookmarks
--> my docs --> expands to every file/dir there
--> my music --> guess what
