I played the audio(PCM) data using waveOutWrite(..).
The right duration per 1audio packet is 200msec, but when i played a packet the duration was about 214msec!!
so the audio is delayed to video. I checked the PCM format, but it has no problem. 1channel, 8KHz, 2bytes per sample.
How can i fix this problem?
