What program can I use to do this?

any enocoder that produces mpeg2 compliant files will do the job such as ReMPEG, QuEnc, CCE, TMPG...

check out the DVD encoding guides in guides>DVD> of the main doom9 page

I tryed those programs
They're not free, they require you to purchase them,

I need a Free program to convert from Divx files on my Hard Drive to DVD.

is there any free program that does this?

Attached is my latest Error Log..

OK, I downloaded that program.
I must not be using it correctly.

I select the source file
I then select the destination File

I click the button.
A file is created in the destination folder at 0 bytes.
So its not doing anything.

There is much more to set. Setting source and output files is not enough.

Without Avisynth you will probably do not much... Start to learn!
