Hi,

I have been a long time user of Media Player Classic, but until recently I haven't considered using the built-in AC3 and DTS decoders.

My problem is with the speaker settings for these filters. (View->Options->Filters->Audio Decoders) I am using version 6.4.8.4.

My speaker setup is the Logitech Z-640. I have 2 Front and 2 Back speakers. I also have a subwoofer and 1 centre speaker.

Which option do I pick for my system? Is it "3 Front + 2 Rear?" This would account for 2 Front + Centre, and the 2 rear speakers. But what about my woofer?

What are you guys with a similar setup doing? In other programs the options are bit more straightforward, e.g., 5.1 surround etc...

I have chosen the right setup, but you have to check the LFE checkbox too on that panel :)

Oh that's right...LFE = woofer. I remember seeing that word somewhere, must have been in the manual for the speakers.
