Dear moderators, and anybody, who is important in doom9’s life and is just reading that.
I really respect You. I could never learn such a lot of things about computers, about anything in this theme. And I did not want to treeing You, and make You anybody’s accomplice. But I’m out of sympathy with Your ideas. First of all, if You read this document, You are not in jail. You are not in the room of an investigator, and You are not in the office of a public. There are things in life, which are open secrets. You know what I mean. I do not want to go on, and this post is no good.
You are right: all I needed to wright was, what You told me. I wrote a little bit more. Sorry. I hope, that Your and my greatest mistake in life was that, and will be for future.

I think it is from anon-english speaking person who has used some kind of translator.

They seem to be saying about freedom of speech, maybe freedom to talk about backup of media :confused: , which we have nere on the Doom9 site.

I don't know what they meant by saying they are a lawyer, maybe they tried to defend someone in a country who had tried to copy stuff and got raided by the police and he's a human-rights lawyer who wants to defend them.

Maybe I have been quick to read your other thread (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=94663) and that I had interpreted it as you were working with sources that you do not own. It was a late night for me and now, after some rest, I have a better understanding. Putting myself in your shoes, I could have easily have said that I have been doing VCDs and SVCDs for a long time and now want to learn how to do DVD backups. Nothing wrong with this statement. With that said, my sincere apologies on my misunderstanding.

I choose to be here because I like to help people to the best of my knowledge. It's all about sharing the wealth. The two forum rules the moderator got you on is 1 for not searching and 9 for not having a better title. So, you want to learn how to backup to DVDRs? Doom9 forums are all about that. Your request is not an original one and has been answered many times. That's why it's the first rule. As for Rule 9, this is strongly proposed request. Alot of people really do lot of searches on key words. Of course, if they were to search for the word "shame", your thread would've been tagged. The moderator was just cautioning you to change your thread's title to something more descriptive like "Newbie at DVD backup". You easily edit your post.

Anyways, the rules here were done by statistics and to help protect this meeting place of many advanced users and not to mention about the vast knowledge accumulated. Everywhere you go, there will always be rules.

I will agree with him though...
this board is so scrict that it makes liek doom9 is trying hide something, missunderstandings aer part of life and here peopel aer almost castrated from them, especialy non-english speakers, and his english is pretty good, you guys realy need to get out of the darks of your respective houses and into larlger areas wher peopel only know 50 english words and make it by fairly easily
