ProjectX - Wierd audio problem

I'm using ProjectX to demux a .ts stream, but the resulting .ac3 file is very short. It seems that the .ts file (capped from Fox) is briefly changing from DD5.1 to DD2.0 and back again at an ad-break, and ProjectX is only giving me the audio before this break.

Anyone know how to get around this?

Have you tried cutting out the ads before demuxing? This can be done in ProjectX - although it's not as comfortable as in Cuttermaran.

I just downloaded the stream, and the ads are already cut out. Well, all but about 1 second at the start of one of the breaks! No idea how to deal with that....

Check the Audio-Settings in ProjectX, there are different settings to deal with such source.
