Hi all,

I have a strange request, I have a Musical DVD that has the menu screens
setup as a VTS seperate to the main VTS, works correctly but I
would like to get NuMenu4u to mount it and break it down so I
can rebuild it as a menu in the same VTS as the main movie.

One point I would like to make is the menu screens are a PGC in the
VTS and not positioned where you would expect them. I admit I have
only seen this once.

Can this be done some how?

if it's a vts menu, you could use dif4u to demux the assets. It will treat it as an ordinary vts.

Make sure you set the 'don't demsux subs < than ...' to 0. Otherwise any figure here other than 0, will mean that still menus will get skipped, as their length <1s.
What elements are you hoping to get? If you break down the VOB into video, audio, subs then you will lose any button information & linking.
Your best solution would be to demux with dif4u and then rebuild with scenaid (enable BOV support), and maybe 'use original assets'. Load up into scenarist then you can move whatever you want.

the only issue you'll have is if the VTS is composed of multiple cell stills, you'd have to demux by cell which Scenaid doesn't currently support...

Thanks everyone for replying, I will look at the options offered.
Would like to beat this one.

Is the menu too big to leave untouched anyway?

if worse comes to worse, you could always use something like dvdshrink to shrink it up a little w/out having to worry about manually doing it

I have been able to get the disc made up with two VTS and modify
the button commands, just have a thing about house keeping and would
like the main feature and menu in the VTS.
