Hello,
I was just wondering the status on your LimitedSharpenEX... I am waiting patiently (up until now :p).

Big props to Didee for LimitedSharpen. It is one of the main reasons I started learning about AviSynth.

Currently, almost all development is postponed. Even had to buy new HDDs, 'cause I not even come around to process my few DVB caps. Just stuffing everything aside.
(Seems like health has left me alone these days, and creativity followed closely. Waiting for better days to come.)
Only thing that is clear (mostly) are the ingredients. LimitedSharpen itself you know already. Same for BlindDeHalo[3]. ContrastBooster is/will be somewhere between MSU SmartSharpen and HDRAGC - but more close to the former. And the "crystality" filter might look like these - #1 (http://home.arcor.de/dhanselmann/_samples/nibel_comp1_(crystality).avi), #2 (http://home.arcor.de/dhanselmann/_samples/nibel_comp2_(crystality).avi), #3 (http://home.arcor.de/dhanselmann/_samples/nibel_comp3_(crystality).avi).
However crystality needs additional denoising, at best a motion compensated one (which is under construction, but postponed as well.) Without any temporal stabilisation, digging out detail from so far below would flicker like a lightshow...
Seeing those samples are already 3 months old, I remember when I worked on LS-EX last time ... :|

Great examples, Didee. Like putting on a new pair of glasses.
Everything is cyclical. Better days WILL come !
