How to make subs sync ??

hi
i have a problem.

i made a dvd to xvid . everything went ok .
but now the subtitles arent sync .

Subs are ripped correctly but timecode is wrong.
0x21 - Subtitle - Deutsch - [SubPicture 02: Normal] / LBA: 1829171 / PTS: 01:36:17.880 -- here starts Subtitels
but movie starts with 0:0:0 and is 47 minutes. so subtitles cant be showing.

I ripped with vsrip and made a point at reset cell bitrate but this didnt helped. what can i do to fix this ???

Use subresync for it. I explained a certain number of times how to use it on here (it has a manual too). Run a search :)
