subs out of sync on dvd

i dont know if this is the right section to post this but i'm having problems with subtitles on a dvd

i tryed subadjust but that didnt work, also tryed ifoupdate & batchupdateifo but no luck

can someone help me with this?

what did you use to demux the subs, what did you use to reauthor (guessing doitfast4u and scenaid)

If that's the case, what version of Scenarist

How are they out of sync?

i used doitfast and reauthorist, didnt try with scenaid yet

version of scenarist is 2.7

subs are about 3-4 seconds before they speak

Maybe you can also post some parts of the ifo structure here. Might have something to do with that as well.

oh, and its thought there is a 'hidden' cell at the start of a VTS set that dosent get processed and is to blame for the consistant synch error.

Exactly my thought here as well, that' why I asked for the layout :)

that really shouldn't be a factor unless he demuxed by vobid and even then, vsrip should properly adjust
