how to convert QCIF to CIF format...

do you want to change the resolution on existing files or the source before encoding...

Hi,
well. i am explaining here in detail. for example, i got one mpeg4 sample frame which size is QCIF. Before storing this sample in to mp4 file, i want to convert this QCIF size to CIF frame size and store this frame sample into mp4 file.

one more thing i am new to this domain. if anything wrong please let me know.

you have to resize it, eg with avisynth, and than feed this resized picture to a mpeg-4 encoder and after that you can store it in .mp4
